Earthian moral imagineer learning how to be a good ancestor

Who I Am

I’m an applied technology and data ethicist and strategic designer helping organisations navigate ethical complexity and transformative change. My work bridges responsible innovation, systems design, collective intelligence and moral imagination, enabling leaders and teams to make decisions that are ethically coherent, commercially viable, and future-regenerative.

I help organisations move from good intentions to meaningful action in an era defined by artificial intelligence, distrust in institutions, ecological crisis, and cultural transformation.

What I Do

Over two decades, I’ve worked across startups, public policy, social ventures, large-scale transformations, arts and culture, education and academia. Helping leaders, innovators, and communities align technology, ethics, and transformation.

I currently live and learn from Country on the unceded Bidjigal, Gweagal and Kamay clans lands of the Dharawal Nations, in Sydney, Australia.

My background spans product management, digital ethics and responsible AI, systems innovation, and learning experience design. My current work sits at the intersection of ethics, transformation, and technology.

How I See My Work

Beyond strategy and design, I consider myself a moral imagineer, exploring how imagination, technology, and ethics intertwine in shaping our shared futures. My practice bridges the poetic and the pragmatic, weaving philosophy, cognitive sciences, design, and systems thinking into a living form of applied moral inquiry and transformative action.

Grounded in Dharawal Country and informed by the wisdom of living systems, my work is animated by a belief that we can collectively craft technologies and cultures that serve life rather than exploit it.

What I believe

I believe we can collectively design a world where technological change is guided by compassion, care, and coopetition.

A world that recognises our shared humanity and kinship with the web of life.

A world where our creative power serves livingry, crafting futures future generations will be proud to inherit.
